Prior to attaining my license in Real Estate, I was always involved in the sales and marketing industry. I started out my real estate career working for an investment firm that renovated homes in the Hampton Roads area and I familiarized myself with every aspect of the business. The best part of that business for me was actually turning over newly renovated homes to new homeowners and seeing priceless reactions from feelings of personal achievement.
Since then, I have purchased two homes of my own and was fascinated with the experience. Where one would find it difficult and dragging, I thrived on all of the challenges and overcame them, and it was then that I knew that I wanted to help others with their real estate experience. On the day that we finally closed on my second property, I was ecstatic when I saw how happy my children were to finally be able to have a new place to call home.
My goal is to able to give that same reaction to my future clients. It is my duty as a REALTOR® to educate my clients with the knowledge that I have acquired so that they can make the best decisions possible when deciding to purchase or sell a home.
